Terms of Use

These terms were last updated on 5 October 2026. By using phonefactory.com you agree to them.

Who runs this site?

Phone Factory (phonefactory.com) is operated by Widescale Integrated Services LC, 255 N Main St Suite 1832, Jonesboro, Georgia 30237, United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Widescale Integrated Services LC.

What is this site, and what is it not?

Phone Factory is a reference that explains phones, cables, chargers, screens and repair in plain language. It is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for the instructions and warnings from the maker of your phone, charger or battery.

How accurate is the information?

We trace every fact to a source and show the date we last verified it, as our editorial policy describes. Even so, specs, launch details and maker policies change, and we can make mistakes. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. If you find an error, tell us through the contact page.

Is repair advice safe to follow?

Repair pages explain what a job involves at a high level and link to iFixit and the makers’ official programs. They are not step-by-step instructions. Repairs can damage a phone, void a warranty or cause injury, and lithium batteries need careful handling. You carry out any repair at your own risk, and a qualified professional is the safer choice if you are unsure.

Pages link to other sites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. Some links may become paid links, labelled where they appear; see the affiliate disclosure. Commissions do not change what we write.

Who owns the content?

Our writing, tables and page design are ours. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Phone photographs are credited to their authors and used under the free licences listed on the About page. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners; we use them only to identify products, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any phone maker.

How can these terms change?

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. Our privacy policy explains what data the site handles.

How can I contact you about these terms?

Use the contact page, or write to Widescale Integrated Services LC at 255 N Main St Suite 1832, Jonesboro, Georgia 30237.

Q02

Is the information on Phone Factory guaranteed to be accurate?

No. We source every fact and show when we last verified it, but specs, prices and policies change and we can make mistakes. Check the maker's own page before you buy or act, and tell us about any error through the contact page.

Q03
