Privacy Policy

This policy was last updated on 5 October 2026. It describes what the website phonefactory.com does today, and we check it against the site whenever the site changes.

Who runs this site?

Phone Factory (phonefactory.com) is operated by Widescale Integrated Services LC, 255 N Main St Suite 1832, Jonesboro, Georgia 30237, United States. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Widescale Integrated Services LC.

What do we collect when you visit?

Our web server writes a standard access log entry for each request. Each entry holds your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, your browser’s user agent and the response status. We use these logs to keep the site available, to fix errors and to spot abuse. We do not combine them with any other data to build a profile of you.

Do we use cookies or tracking?

No. The site does not set cookies and does not use your browser’s local storage. It does not load analytics, advertising, social media or other third-party scripts. Fonts, images and code are served from our own domain, so your browser does not contact other companies when you read a page.

Will we show ads or use analytics later?

We may. If we add advertising, affiliate tracking or analytics, we will update this policy before they go live. The update will name the services, say what data they collect and which cookies they set, and explain how to opt out. Where the law requires your consent first, we will ask for it before any non-essential cookie is set.

What happens if you contact us?

The contact form is not live yet. When it is, the page will use a bot check from Cloudflare, and your message will be emailed to us through an email delivery service. The form asks for your email address and message, and optionally your name, a topic and a page address. We use these only to read and answer what you sent, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Many pages link to makers, standards bodies and repair sources such as iFixit. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Some pages may carry paid links, which are always labelled; see the affiliate disclosure.

Who is this site for?

Phone Factory is a phone reference for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How can you ask about your data or this policy?

Use the contact page, or write to Widescale Integrated Services LC at 255 N Main St Suite 1832, Jonesboro, Georgia 30237. Tell us what you would like to know or have corrected, and we will respond. If you want to see how we run the site, read our editorial policy and our terms of use.
